I urgently need your help today to protect birds like owls, eagles and falcons from spending a lifetime in captivity.

Beautiful, majestic birds are tethered, removed from their mothers too young, starved to make them return during flying displays and many are denied relationships with their own kind. 

We only have a few days left to help them.

We have a great opportunity to advance our ground-breaking campaign Tether and Torment but to do this we first need to secure funds. 

Supporter, I am not actually asking you to donate today. I am asking you to simply make a pledge of a donation, for £100 or more to donate at Christmas time.

Your pledge will help us qualify for The Big Give Christmas Challenge. This Challenge is a campaign that takes place across a week at the end of November to December and matches people’s donations to charity! This means their donations will be doubled by The Big Give and we can raise even more for animals!

But to qualify for this challenge we need to raise a total of £2000 in pledges from kind supporters like you by 6pm THIS Friday 8th September.

So far, we have managed to secure a massive £1250 from our amazing supporters but we still need £750 in pledges to proceed with our application. Pledges don't need to be paid until after the challenge has run, in December.

We know birds of prey suffer in zoos. We know they are put through gruelling training to force them interact with the paying public and we know that they are suffering in captivity.

All to entertain customers at UK bird of prey zoos.

Now we need to advance this campaign and fight for these birds! We must show the reality of their lives and spread awareness of the suffering that happens behind the scenes of zoos and bird of prey centres.
