Dear Friend,

New polling published by The Guardian
[[link removed]] shows that more people believe that it is acceptable to break the law to help a
loved one who wants the choice of assisted dying than those who do not. The idea
of breaking the law is never taken lightly. This shows just how out of touch the
blanket ban on assisted dying is and the lack of respect the public has for the
current law.

Nobody wants to see their loved ones suffer at the end of life. But they
shouldn’t have to break the law to help them have the death they want. Without
safe and regulated end-of-life choice, dying people and their families are
having to make these impossible decisions. Compassion should not be a crime.

WE’RE CAMPAIGNING FOR CHANGE, {USER_DATA~FIRST NAME~FRIEND}. BUT WE CAN’T DO IT
WITHOUT YOUR HELP. WILL YOU DONATE TO DIGNITY IN DYING TODAY AND SUPPORT THE
MOVEMENT FOR COMPASSION?

The current law is forcing dying people to choose between suffering, taking
matters into their own hands, or travelling abroad to access an assisted death
on their own. A cruel, impossible choice that they have to make alone, or their
families risk prosecution. But it doesn’t have to be this way.

We’re campaigning for an assisted dying law that doesn’t criminalise compassion
or force dying people into dangerous, lonely deaths behind closed doors. A law
that says yes to dignity and yes to choice.

{USER_DATA~FIRST NAME~FRIEND}, LAW CHANGE IS CLOSER THAN EVER. WILL YOU HELP
FUND THE CAMPAIGN TO STOP CRIMINALISING DYING PEOPLE AND THEIR LOVING FAMILIES?
Yes, I'll chip in >>

Thank you for everything you do to support the campaign. Together, we will stop
this injustice.

Best wishes,
