Can I be real with you for a moment?
I’ve been struggling with this addiction for as long as I can
remember. 🫣 There’s no magic pill or cure from the afflictions of
dominant culture. There is simply practice.
The first step for me was taking inventory of how I was
participating in perfectionism and what it was costing me.

and holding me back from my wholeness.
The next part of my healing has been turning towards others who
are suffering from perfectionism and other afflictions of
dominant culture for mutual learning, support and healing. That

a course and community of practice designed to help us build
awareness and accountability around how we’ve been shaped by
dominant culture, how we get free and how we transform the world
