Happy Labor Day!

Today, and every day, I’m grateful for the unions who’ve helped to build our state and grow our middle class. 

So much of New Jersey’s progress is thanks to organized labor. Together, we’ve improved wages, increased employment, and established historic protections for our state's workers — and we’re not stopping there. 

I will always stand with organized labor and protect workers and their right to strike over workplace conditions, benefits, and wages. These people are truly the backbone of our state, and I couldn’t be prouder to have their backs.
