Outdoor Dining Permit Process Now Open

Arlington County’s new application process for Temporary Outdoor Seating Area (TOSA) operators who wish for permanent outdoor dining opened on Friday, September 1.

All TOSA operators should receive an email from Arlington County Government by tomorrow that would provide full individualized details for their restaurant to complete the process. This week, AED and CPHD Staff will begin in-person outreach, dropping off individualized packets of information for TOSA operators at their restaurants. Chamber staff will be part of the outreach to Chamber members operating TOSAs. More information is available on the County website, linked below.

For more information on the County framework, please contact Brett Wallace with Community Planning & Housing Development at [email protected] or submit questions in the Intake Forum linked below. If you have questions or comments for the Chamber regarding these policies, please reach out to John Musso at [email protected].
