We Count Together: Census 101 Training for Affordable Housing Services Staff," is tomorrow, February 27! Space is limited and we encourage you to register for this training or share this opportunity with your network. What is the Census? The Census is a count of everyone living in the United States on April 1, 2020. The Census questionnaire ensures that each state receives an accurate amount of federal dollars that support healthcare, affordable housing, education, and other federal programs. With every person that is not counted, the state loses up to $2,000 per person.
By attending this training, you will: - Gain resource and outreach tools that can support affordable housing residents in understanding, accessing, and completing the Census.
