Workers are the backbone of the American economy. Having grown up in a working-class family, I understand success only means something if you give back. That’s why I’ve always made an effort to take care of my employees.
In fact, back when I was running Total Wine, we established same-sex partner benefits long before it was popular. Employees can also take advantage of cost-free education benefits.
In Congress, I strive to continue empowering Maryland’s workers. I have a 100% pro-labor voting record and am proud of how far the labor movement has come. As a U.S. Senator, I'd continue my track record of standing up for workers rights across Maryland and the U.S.
