THE CHALLENGE: Indiana could be the first state in the nation to protect the vulnerable and implement zero-cost adoption.

THE SOLUTION:
* Establish a zero-cost adoption fund
* Reduce the number of children entering and remaining in foster care
* Increase the adoption tax credit

THE CHALLENGE: DC dysfunction neglects our small towns and sells out Main Street for Wall Street.

THE SOLUTION:
* Use Van Wert's Main Street success as a model
* Efficient state and local partnerships
* Empower and equip local leaders for success

THE CHALLENGE: Our capital city should be safe and prosperous. If local leaders won’t step up to support police and uphold law and order, we have a plan to do it.

THE SOLUTION:
* Rein in rogue prosecutors
* More policing through an ISP partnership
* Fixing roads and potholes

THE CHALLENGE: We can’t be a state where only 3-4 counties are thriving. We have to be a state where ALL 92 counties thrive.

THE SOLUTION:

Well, we’ve done it before and we can do it again.
