John, we try to bring you the latest news and strategies from across rural America. Right now we're working on analyzing the impacts of ARPA funding, and how, through anecdotal evidence, as well as publicly available data, Republican-led counties are off-budgeting chunks of these funds. 

They are potentially creating the illusion that the funding just "isn't there," and, ultimately blaming it on President Biden. We have evidence from Union County, PA, which has a balance of $1.5 million dollars without any plans to utilize those funds within the community...

We are working to spotlight and call-out these foul actors while messaging across rural America the great victories in infrastructure Democrats have achieved.
