Elise goes LIVE on Fox News – Torches NY Dems on "Sanctuary State" policies

Earlier this week, Elise called out Kathy Hocul, Eric Adams, and Joe Biden for New York's illegal immigration crisis that has put the safety and security of Americans everywhere at risk.


Elise torched NY Dems and their sanctuary state policies, "Kathy Hochul under her leadership and Mayor Adams, they transferred illegal immigrants to Erie County in western New York. There were two very high profile incidents of vicious rapes, and now you see the democrat county executive say he doesn't want illegal immigrants anymore, when he welcomed them into the community. So, this is very much tied into the crime crisis that we saw in New York State, and voters of all political affiliations know that this is not working and it's a crisis that Hochul, Mayor Adams, and most importantly, Joe Biden created."


Elise contrasted their catastrophic policies with GOP legislation that passed the House:

"As you recall, we passed H.R. 2. It's the border security package, and we believe we need to secure the border to stem this crisis. And then, we fix our broken, legal immigration system. As one of the constituents from Staten Island said, 'This is not opposition to legal immigration. It's opposition to illegal immigration.' We need to be a country based upon the rule of law."

Biden Administration Tells Mayor Eric Adams To Send Illegal Immigrants to NY-21; Elise Says NO!

It is no longer a secret that Mayor Adams, Kathy Hochul, and Joe Biden have no shame. The latest attempt to send illegal immigrants to Elise’s district, St. Lawrence County to be exact, came as a shock to everyone locally. On Wednesday, the Biden Administration’s

recommendation on where to transport New York City’s illegal immigrants released by CBS News included the Massena International Airport as a location.


Elise has been very clear that it's the far left policies of New York that led to the Illegal immigration crisis, yet radical Democrats such as Mayor Adams are now walking back their original "Sanctuary City '' opinions. It's too late to rewrite history, Mayor Adams… You broke it, you own it.


Elise released a statement in opposition to this madness:

"I proudly stand with the bipartisan coalition of local elected officials and the hardworking residents of St. Lawrence County who oppose using Massena International Airport as a site to house illegal immigrants. Upstate New York and the North Country is not a "Sanctuary City." We should not have to bear the cost of Joe Biden, Kathy Hochul, and Eric Adams' Far Left open border policies and the havoc they are causing. I will continue to work with this bipartisan coalition of local officials to ensure our communities remain safe and that Massena International Airport is not used as a site to house illegal immigrants. Once again, I call on President Biden to end his radical open border policies and secure our Northern and Southern Borders."

Elise Introduces Bill Aimed to Improve Veteran Pension Benefits Payment Process

Elise is working to improve the process by which the VA issues pension benefit payments. Elise worked across the aisle to introduce this legislation to assist veterans and their families by enhancing the method of issuing pension benefit payments administered by the VA. The legislation would also ensure that veterans receive their accrued pension benefit in the event of a month of death-claim, or if payment for the month of the death has been issued.

"Our nation should take great pride in awarding our veterans the benefits due to them from their service. Sadly, the Peltz family's encounter with the VA's bureaucratic red tape is too often the case for many of our veteran families in Upstate New York, the North Country, and across America. I'm proud to take action on behalf of the Peltz family and all our veteran families to work to cut through the bureaucracy our veterans face. I am proud to introduce this legislation to honor the legacy of World War II veteran Mr. Ernest Peltz and take one step forward in improving the effectiveness of an agency infamous for regulatory red tape."

Elise Pens Op-Ed: The second anniversary of Biden's catastrophic Afghanistan withdrawal

Two years ago, Joe Biden rejected the recommendations of senior U.S. military leaders and ordered a DISASTROUS withdrawal from Afghanistan. The move will go down as one of the most catastrophic in modern-day history. Elise published an op-ed in the Watertown Daily Times expressing her angst and promising to hold Biden accountable for his careless actions.

"U.S. military presence in Afghanistan was characterized by operational and tactical successes, like those of the 10th Mountain Division, that served as a beacon of hope for the free world. However, the Biden Administration's decision to unconditionally withdraw resulted in a colossal strategic failure as well as the devastating loss of 13 servicemen and women. We must critically dissect the decisions made leading up to and throughout the entire 20 years of U.S. involvement in Afghanistan. This is why I worked to establish a commission that will examine key decisions and develop a series of recommendations to inform future decision makers."

A Team Elise fan favorite: the annual Washington County Fair! During her visit, Elise participated in the Milking Competition and the GOP booth's corn kernel poll for the 2024 Presidential pick– which, to no surprise, President Trump was leading 10:1! Elise also met with farmers, dairy ambassadors, and the hardworking families of Washington County during her trip!
