TTP on Bannon!
If you're having trouble viewing this email, you can see it online.

Hey, friends!

I'm pretty frank with you, right?  Let me be really frank today.

Did you know that a big chunk of the time Fran and I spend on TTP stuff is fundraising?  Then we get told we aren't doing it enough.  Is that crazy?  It's sad because neither of us enjoy it (who does?), and we'd rather spend our time educating voters, helping candidates, and planning events.  But we do it because it's a necessary evil.

Hey... I'm just telling it like it is.  But keep reading...

Today I found out about a man who is new to politics and knew he needed to get involved.  So far his only efforts have been attending 3 of our meetings. We've inspired him to get more involved.  That's so great!  But he was contacted by someone outside our organization, and he donated $10,000 to them -- not us!  We hadn't asked.  Ack!  I think that story was told to me to motivate me to work harder to raise money, but mostly it just frustrated me!

Fran and I reach out to you as much as possible, but please -- if you are able to support our efforts, just do it!  Why wait for us to ask? We all know saving Texas takes money, and NOBODY... no other organization... no politician... no one... does as much as True Texas Project!  We think Texas is worth it.

If you can chip in, we promise we are super frugal with all the donations we receive, and we will put it to good use!

TTP on Steve Bannon's Show!

Fran and I had the honor of being on a special show with Steve Bannon over the weekend, along with a few of our favorite Texas peers, Matt Rinaldi, Jonathan Stickland, and Tony McDonald.  Bannon is alerting all of America to the scandal we've got going on in Texas with the trial for Ken Paxton's impeachment.  Folks are stunned to learn how dirty the Texas establishment GOP is.  Check it out! There are 4 segments to the show on Sept 2.

And speaking of Paxton... look for our new billboards around the state, courtesy of a generous donor!  Pretty cool, huh?

Challengers To the Dirty Dozen

Surely by now you've watched the documentary, The Texas Heist: Do Democrats Run The Texas House? I have a bit role in it, but there are lots of great minds who are featured.  If you haven't watched it yet, I hope you will. Folks across the nation have tuned in and are shocked to find out Texas is not what they thought it is...

In the documentary, the Dirty Dozen are named.  These are the worst of the worst of our Republican State Reps.

Last week I introduced you to one of the challengers to those dozen.  David Lowe is hoping to oust Stephanie Klick.  Donate here if you haven't already.  Each week I'll introduce you to a new challenger.  We all need to toss in $10-25 to each candidate if at all possible.  We must fund good people who step up to run!

This week we'll focus on ousting Justin Holland.  Don't know anything about him?  No problem.  Here's a summary:

You may have to right-click to save that image and then open it on your device so you can make it big enough to read, but the bottom line is Justin Holland has got to go!

One of our own leadership team members from True Texas Project Rockwall/Kaufman County has stepped up to replace Holland.  It's Dennis London, and you can read all about him and donate here!

Let Us Pray

I love that we added this new section to our weekly newsletters.  Are you praying with us?  Just takes a second!

Lord,  we want to take a minute just to thank you for being with us in this endeavor against principalities and powers that have taken over our state.  Please be with us with the events next week.  Also, please bless our planning and prepare our hearts for our constitutional bootcamps coming up.  Let all your efforts be to your glory and honor.  In Jesus Name, Amen.

Fran's Friday Message

This week's message is focused on the Impeachment trial of AG Paxton that starts on Tuesday.  And guess what?  It's not about Ken Paxton!  It's about corrupt politicians who are trying to oust a duly elected officer of the State because he fights for conservative, grassroots causes and they don't like it.

Read the full message here.  Then join us on Tuesday at the Capitol as we deliver letters to all 31 Senators asking them to dismiss the impeachment charges.  We'll also try to sit in on part of the trial.  Meet up in the Rotunda at 10 am on Tuesday!  If you can't go on Tuesday - contact all 31 Senators and tell them to just say no to impeachment.

Don't let the deep state run the lives of Texans!
Fran Rhodes, TTP President
