We're building the foundation we need to face any challenge from now until Election Day. But as I'm looking at our campaign budget, it's clear that we're going to need to keep up the momentum to re-elect Bob in what is going to be his toughest race yet.
We have to plan out how we're going to compete with the millions upon millions of dollars that Mitch McConnell, national Republicans, and GOP super PACs are preparing to spend against us.
And from traveling across the state, to putting TV ads on the air, to even buying pens and clipboards, campaign expenses add up fast. We need to reach folks from Erie to Philly and everywhere in between, so we can't leave anything on the table.
