john — Happy September!

I want to thank you for your support as we closed out our end-of-month fundraising for August. Because of this team’s generosity and support, we smashed our digital fundraising goals and are in great shape for the fall.

And because the Senate heads back into session starting next week, I wanted to touch base with you to hear what’s on your mind and what you want to see my team and I work on.

I’ll be focused on protecting reproductive rights from right-wing attacks. The Senate will also be working on passing a budget and keeping the government working for us all. And I’ll certainly do all that I can to get Republican Senator Tommy Tuberville to lift his blockade on military promotions, so that the hundreds of servicemembers waiting for their promotions can receive Senate votes.
