“Redistricting battles could determine control of US House in 2024”

This is huge, team.
FIRST:
Ahead of the 2022 midterm elections, grassroots supporters like you powered the NDRC’s fight to help secure fair maps across the country. In fact, according to the New York Times, last year’s election took place on “the fairest House map of the last 40 years.”
THEN:
Earlier this summer, the Supreme Court struck down Alabama’s map for violating the Voting Rights Act, requiring a new, fair map be put in place before the next election.
According to experts, the ruling could impact maps in more states across the country, including Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, Texas, and others.
NOW:
With the upcoming redistricting action, there is a real path to the 2024 elections taking place on maps that are even fairer than the maps we helped secure in 2022!
BUT:
It will only happen if we stay committed to this fight.
As President Obama reminded us, “Our opposition is counting on the NDRC to lose the energy and drive that our movement has sustained so far. We simply cannot afford to do that.”
Team, we’ve seen what our movement is capable of achieving with the help of supporters like you. Will you rush an urgent donation now to help us keep fighting for the fairest maps possible ahead of the 2024 election?
