And just like that, were in September. 59 days until Halloween, 82 to Thanksgiving, and 114 to Christmas

Oh, and just SIXTY-FIVE (!!!) days until Election Day.

If your social calendar isn't TOO full, there are some great events coming up across the area this month where you'll have the opportunity to support Democrats running for office.

Also, as an FYI, our next meeting will no longer be taking place on Thursday, September 7th. We are in the process of rescheduling, and will advise the new date as soon as possible!

[link removed]'s not in Morris County, but on Thursday, September 7th, Mikie Sherrill, in her capacity as Chairwoman of the Gateway to Leadership PAC, will be hosting her 2nd Annual Elect More Women event, celebrating New Jersey Democratic women leaders and candidates.

This event, along with other events, initiatives, and ongoing fundraising, allows Gateway to Leadership to continue its work to support Democrats across New Jersey, particularly our women Senate and Assembly candidates this November.

The event will take place at Galloping Hill Golf Course in Kenilworth (Union County) from 7:00 PM. Tickets can be purchased HERE ([link removed]) , and begin at $100.

Uhh, did someone say PIG ROAST?!?

On
Saturday, September 9th, join Jon and Nicole Torres at their home in Randolph for a soooieee-t fundrasier.

The event will support the ENTIRE LD25 ticket: Christine Clarke for Senate and Salvatore/Torres for Assembly. Tickets are $100 but drop down to $25 for those under 25. Register HERE. ([link removed])

[link removed] you know that out of the 69 Democratic candidates on the ballot across Morris County this November, fully 36% of them are women? No? Neither did we!

Join the Morris County Democratic Women's Caucus on
Tuesday, September 12th, as they gather to raise a glass to raise up these great women.

The event will take place at Double Tap Brewery in Parsippany from 6 to 8 PM. Tickets can be purchased HERE ([link removed]) , and begin at $75 for non-members.

The Morris County Democratic LGBTQA+ Caucus will be gathering on Thursday, September 14th at Shanghai Jazz in Madison for for some good music and good conversation.

Take a break from your busy schedule and join them for some fun and relaxation!

See a magic show by Town Council Candidate Greg Winick while enjoying light refreshments, wine, and beer.
