Join the ANSWER Coalition along
with other local and national organizations in Atlanta
tomorrow,
Saturday September 2, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. at the Neighborhood
Church (1561 McLendon Ave) for a gathering organized by the
International Peoples’ Assembly that will bring leaders, activists,
workers, and students from across the country for debate and
discussion around key, pressing questions of our future and the future
of humanity.
A Socialist Horizon: People’s
Solutions for Humanity is a conference about constructing real
solutions to the struggles of the working class in the United States.
From police brutality to union busting, to homelessness and mass
evictions, to the climate crisis and endless wars, to the attacks on
voting and reproductive rights, the elite in this country are ramping
up violent attacks against poor and oppressed people. These are just
some of the many cascading crises caused by the capitalist
system.
This conference is part of a
worldwide process called the Dilemmas of Humanity, made up of regional
activities in Tunisia, Nepal, Chile and South Africa, and the U.S.,
culminating in a global conference in October in South Africa.

in person in Atlanta, we hope you will join us virtually.
