It happened when I was on my way to support another platoon that needed some extra firepower in a nearby engagement zone.
My vehicle rolled over a roadside bomb. In the 60 seconds following that explosion my life changed in ways I could have never imagined.
I’m not a victim or a hero. I’m just one of many other soldiers who’ve made a sacrifice for their country.
And it’s a sacrifice that I’d make a thousand times over for this incredible country.
But I’ll be honest with you- the people in charge of our country today are an utter disappointment to me and millions of veterans across the country.
Our leaders are taking us in the wrong direction.
And the freedom that we fought to defend is under attack from within.
Our country desperately needs new leaders who know what it means to serve, to sacrifice, and to overcome.
That’s why I’m running for U.S. Senate.
Friend, do you agree with me that the radical left-wing policies that Joe Biden has pushed on the American people are taking us in the wrong direction?
