Elise goes LIVE on Fox News – Torches NY Dems on “Sanctuary State” policies

Earlier this week, Elise called out Kathy Hocul, Eric Adams, and Joe Biden for New York’s illegal immigration crisis that has put the safety and security of Americans everywhere at risk.


Elise torched NY Dems and their sanctuary state policies and stated:

“Kathy Hochul under her leadership and Mayor Adams, they transferred illegal immigrants to Erie County in western New York. There were two very high profile incidents of vicious rapes, and now you see the democrat county executive say he doesn’t want illegal immigrants anymore, when he welcomed them into the community. So, this is very much tied into the crime crisis that we saw in New York State, and voters of all political affiliations know that this is not working and it’s a crisis that Hochul, Mayor Adams, and most importantly, Joe Biden created.”


Elise contrasted their catastrophic policies with GOP legislation that actually works:

“As you recall, we passed H.R. 2. It’s the border security package, and we believe we need to secure the border to stem this crisis. And then, we fix our broken, legal immigration system. As one of the constituents from Staten Island said, ‘This is not opposition to legal immigration. It’s opposition to illegal immigration.’ We need to be a country based upon the rule of law.”

Meet Nicole: Nicole Malliotakis is the daughter of Cuban and Greek immigrants. Prior to serving in Congress, Nicole was a prominent New York State Assemblywoman. Nicole Malliotakis was elected to the United States House of Representatives in November 2020, defeating an incumbent Democrat by more than 18,000 votes. She currently serves as Assistant Whip for the House Republican Conference and on the House Transportation and Infrastructure and Foreign Affairs committees.

Nicole Malliotakis (NY-11) has been a leading voice for New Yorkers who have been affected by the Biden Border Crisis that has now surpassed Texas and the border states, but has reached every corner of New York – and the country at this point.


Nicole put Kathy Hochul and Mayor Adams on blast over their latest ploy to increase illegal immigration: battling Mayor Adams on a non-citizen voting law. The law would allow people who have work authorization and reside in New York City for 30 days to register to vote in municipal elections. If this request had been granted, those migrants who received work authorization could VOTE!


Nicole and fellow Republican lawmakers won the initial round of the battle, but as expected, the Mayor is appealing the lawsuit.

This article highlights the struggle that border towns all across the country are facing. “Under this administration, the American Dream is dying,” Flores said in an event recently in South Texas.


Biden’s border crisis highlights a few issues – it’s not just America’s broken immigration system; or the asylum-seeking women and children that are being smuggled into the United States by predatorial human traffickers; or the thousands of children that have been left unaccounted for, and forgotten by the Biden-Harris White House.


In addition to instability on the American side of the border, Mayra says Joe Biden’s weak leadership is to blame for a hostile takeover from the cartels on the Mexican side of the border.


The foreign policy and immigration decisions of Joe Biden are destroying both sides of the border – to the point where it is no longer safe for Mexican-Americans in TX-34, or surrounding border districts, to visit relatives on the other side of the border. Due to the dangerous environment, Mayra herself cannot visit her grandparents, her “abuelitos”, that still live in Burgos.


She said, “It hurts to see what's happening in Mexico. And I don't want that to happen here in the United States,”...“That's the reason why I continue to fight for this country. And I'm never gonna give up.”
