Docket No. 80032-3-WR-23 (Record No. 17283) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission?s (Commission) Rules, the Commission hereby gives notice of the Application of Beulah Land Water, LLC (Beulah Water or the Company) for authority to implement a general rate increase to $240.06 per month. The public hearing is set to commence on Tuesday. October 10, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in the Sundance State Bank Community Room at 207 North 2nd Street, in Sundance, Wyoming.
