The 2020 campaign season is officially underway, friend. I'm not only focused on my own re-election campaign - I'm also working as hard as I can to help Democrats flip the Senate.

In November, we have the opportunity to defeat Donald Trump, but if we really want to end the Trump-McConnell era, then we'll also have to flip the Senate so our new Democratic president can get to work on Day One.

I have a front-row seat to the obstruction Mitch McConnell is causing in the Senate. He's blocking every attempt at progress -- from environmental protections and gun safety reforms to efforts to cut prescription drug costs. Important bills that would make a real difference for everyday Americans are trapped in Mitch McConnell's self-proclaimed legislative graveyard, so it's up to us to take back the Senate and get things done.
