My name is Sam Eppler, high school principal and Democrat running against Beth Van Duyne in Texas’ 24th Congressional District.
I am ready to bring a new generation of leadership to Congress. Texans deserve a leader in Washington committed to ensuring affordable healthcare, providing quality education, curbing gun violence, and protecting Social Security.
Before I continue, I must ask: will you add your name to our expanding list of supporters and personally endorse my campaign for Congress today?

As a proud product of public education and a high school principal, I’m committed to education above all else. My mother pulled herself out of poverty and into the middle class through education, and because of her, I joined Teach for America after college.
I taught math in one of Dallas’ most challenged high schools before advancing to become the youngest principal in Dallas ISD. Right now, we’re facing a crisis in our schools – our teachers are underpaid, our schools are underfunded, and our students and teachers are fearing for their lives in the wake of gun violence.
Our country is in crisis, too – women have lost the right to make their own healthcare decisions, and our economy isn’t working for regular folks like you and me. I’m running because I know with the right leadership in Congress, we have the power to fix these problems.
But listen, team – this isn’t going to be easy. We have a tough election ahead of us, and my opponent has the backing of President Trump and his MAGA Republicans.
I need all the help I can get, especially in these early days, to get our campaign off the ground. Will you stand with us and add your name to personally endorse my campaign?
