Dear friends,

Happy September 1st!😎

BYD has a busy month ahead, and we want you to be a part of it! Scroll down to check out all the events we have planned.
But first, a message from BYD's new President, Monae Priolenau...
Through the past two years, former BYD President Hunter Rabinowitz and I have worked together as partners in shepherding BYD into its next era and protecting its legacy. His resignation from the presidency is bittersweet. Hunter’s expertise and thoughtfulness will be sorely missed. I want to congratulate Hunter on his new journey and hope to find new ways to partner with him to serve the borough in which we were both born and raised.

As I step into the presidency, I want to assure the membership that our dedication to amplifying the voices of young Democrats, fighting the red wave in southern Brooklyn, and fighting for party reform will continue. I want to thank the Executive Board for their steadfastness during this transition. I also want to thank all our supporters, including allied elected officials, state committee members, and most importantly BYD’s membership for supporting us as we continue to fight for a better Brooklyn.
