This time next week, there will be more bad news for Joe Biden as the House committees ramp up for a likely "impeachment inquiry." So what exactly is that?    It's simply an assemblage of allegations and information that House members can digest. Then, there may be a committee vote on whether the full House should approve "articles of impeachment" against the President. If that passes, the evidence then goes to the Senate for a trial. Two-thirds of the Senators must vote to convict. That has never happened in our country.
