Hey John,

It's September and this is Tam's Takes!

We're on the countdown to the Voice referendum, with the date announced for October 14. I've also enjoyed a great few weeks out and about in the Tassie community - take a look below for some happy snaps from my trips.

MY QUESTION TO YOU:

Should businesses and organisations pay university students to do placements?

(This is when students, like teachers or nurses, have to undertake a 12 week practical placement to finish their degree. As this is the equivalent of full time work, people are unable to work as well as do the placement).

Don't forget to email me at [email protected] with your thoughts, and I'll share some of the responses with you next month!

MY HOT TAKE:

Do you keep your sauce in the fridge or the cupboard?

"If it's sauce from the supermarket, I put it in the fridge after it's opened. But if it's that good homemade sauce, I usually keep it in the cupboard."

TASSIE TOURING

I've had a blast travelling around Tassie the past few weeks. From visiting the gorgeous kids at Giant Steps in Deloraine to visiting the Cadbury Factory in Claremont, it's great to hear from people on the ground about what's happening in Tas.

Follow me on Facebook to keep an eye on what I'm up to!

Until next time,

Tammy
