John,
I wanted to reach out as we approach our end-of-month deadline tonight. Trust me, I dislike these fundraising deadlines as much as the next person. But when we have so much on the line in 2024, and I would be lying if I said this wasn’t important.
As a mother, I understand the need to make sure our children don’t grow up in a world where gun violence is the norm. But instead of taking action, our GOP leaders are too busy banning books while refusing to enact common-sense gun safety legislation.
As a small business owner, I know how critical our local businesses are – and how critical it is to fuel our local entrepreneurs, making sure they have the resources to succeed.
And as a woman, I know how necessary it is that we codify reproductive freedom into federal law. While Mike Lawler and his GOP colleagues are trying to control our personal healthcare decisions, I am ready to fight and protect the rights of women and girls across the country.
Like all of you, I’m sick and tired of leadership that refuses to protect us, and that puts extremism and political stunts over the needs of our district. I am ready to flip this district and be the leader you deserve, but I need your support.
John, this is why these deadlines are so important . If you’re able, can you stand with me before our August deadline tonight by chipping in? Here’s a personalized link: [link removed] [[link removed]]
Thank you for all of your continued support,
Liz
