I don’t want to interrupt your evening, so I’ll get straight to it. 

Ben just sent me an update on our fundraising numbers ahead of tonight's end-of-month goal. We’re so close to reaching our target, but we just need one more small boost to get us across the finish line.

Specifically, we have $1,251 left to raise by 11:59 pm. I couldn’t imagine coming up short after coming this far. Will you pitch in just $10 (or whatever works best for you) to help us get there?

Every day, Speaker Kevin McCarthy is making deals with the most extreme, fringe elements of the GOP base. If we don’t take back our majority in 2024, Americans will be paying the price for his political opportunism for generations.

Republicans are even threatening to shut down the government unless their absurd demands are met, including letting Donald Trump off the hook and using funding for our brave military men and women to advance their “anti-woke” agenda. 

Team, a government shutdown would hurt millions of Americans, small businesses, and put our economy at risk.
