I know that emails like this may seem unproductive, but trust me when I say they are a roadmap to our community-building and policy priorities. I’ll give you two reasons you should donate:

1. When Congress goes back into session next month, I want to be prepared with all the tools in my toolbox to address issues like climate change and life-saving gun reform with the urgency they require. Republicans will be returning with the same fervor, so we need to give these campaigns all we’ve got.

2. As the chair of BOLD PAC, the campaign arm of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, my campaign will serve as an avenue to electing progressive Latinos up and down the ballot and finally getting to work on the issues that matter most.
