I know it’s late so I’ll get right to the point, John: With just a few hours left before the deadline, it looks like my campaign will fall short of our mission-critical end-of-month fundraising goal.

I can’t emphasize enough how important it is for us to hit this goal — as I write this, our opponent is raking in millions.

While we don’t need to match him dollar-for-dollar, we DO need to hit our goals through Election Day to beat the odds and win this race. We have thousands of voters we still need to contact, and missing this goal will force us to make strategic cuts right when we should be going all-in.
