While Congress has been in recess over the past month, Kim has been meeting with constituents in WA-08 at events and town halls across our district. Kim's heard a lot about her constituents' priorities, from improving healthcare services to protecting our environment.
But unfortunately, when Congress is back in session next month, Kevin McCarthy and MAGA Republicans will not be focused on any of the issues Americans care about. Instead, they’re threatening to shut down our government and launch a baseless impeachment inquiry into President Biden.
Time and time again, we’ve seen just how important it will be for us to take back the House and retire McCarthy. We can take back the House in 2024, but it won’t be easy.
