John,
Have you talked to any high school or college students recently? Too many young people are feeling confused, anxious, and alienated. Support for capitalism is at an all-time low, even among young Republicans!
Cancel Culture, identity politics, and moral relativism are smothering the spirit of Generation Z. Teens and twentysomethings are disoriented by a culture in which victimhood is valorized, conformity is expected, and envy is encouraged.
And here’s something to really wake you up. A recent poll at the University of Texas showed that 18% of college students are okay with using violence to stop speakers from campus.
The college professors on our faculty recount how each new class of freshmen arrives on campus markedly less mature than their predecessors. Instead of welcoming hatchlings ready to take intellectual flight, administrators find themselves incubating fragile, fearful eggs, insulating them with the Styrofoam of speech codes that further extends the expiration date of adolescence.
Death of the human spirit is what all forms of nihilism and socialism do to individuals. Everyone likes to say we’re living in 1984, but I think we’re closer to Ayn Rand’s dystopian vision, found in her much earlier novella Anthem.
Anthem delves into the destructive nature of collectivism and the dehumanizing effects of a society that suppresses individual thought and initiative. Does this sound familiar?
The challenge: to restore an America that prizes individualism, reason, and achievement, we must get to the root of the problem. That means going beyond reforming a policy here or rolling back a regulation there. We must deal with the fundamentals, the values that inform our society.
It’s time for people on the right to realize this cold truth: There is no winning in politics unless you win culturally and philosophically. Politics is downstream of culture and culture is downstream of philosophy.
⬇️⬇️ THE SOLUTION ⬇️⬇️
The Atlas Society is undertaking a major project to win the cultural battle. You will be shocked by how popular this is. We are turning Ayn Rand’s famous stories into graphic novels and bringing them to new audiences: including the largest Comic Cons around the country, libraries from coast to coast, homeschool groups, and even prisons.
Last year, we distributed 75,000 copies of our graphic novel versions of Ayn Rand’s ANTHEM and Red Pawn!
The demand is exceeding our supply, so next year we are upping this distribution goal to 100K copies of our graphic novels to new audiences across the globe.
I am asking for your support to reach our fundraising goal of $50,000 online. Every $10 raised helps us distribute five new graphic novels. Can you please send an urgent donation of $10, $50, or even $100 to The Atlas Society and help us bring these crucial novels to a new generation?

Why a graphic novel?
Here’s another shocking statistic…
Daily reading of books among young people has fallen from 70% in the late 1970s to 12% today.
Graphic novels are the only genre among young people where readership is growing — Young Adult graphic novels were the fastest-growing publishing category in recent years. NPD BookScan reported that YA graphic novels had a growth of 62% in sales in 2019 alone. Driving that growth are the millions of young Americans flocking to Comic Cons every year.
Our mission is to bring the ideas of Ayn Rand to new audiences through a variety of vehicles. This includes animated videos, graphic novels, social media, and both virtual and live events.
Ayn Rand impacted the lives of millions during a time when communism controlled half of the planet. Ayn Rand’s fiction has been the most effective “gateway drug” to liberty, which is why CATO Institute founder Ed Crane deemed Rand the “all-time greatest recruiter for the liberty movement.”
Communism isn’t so “open” anymore. Collectivism and grievance politics have found new homes in identity politics and “woke” culture. Now, the younger generation needs to hear about the philosophy of man as a heroic being, with reason as his only means of survival, and productivity as his noblest activity.
John, to be frank with you… The success of The Atlas Society depends upon YOU. We receive our funding from patriots, small business owners, and independent thinkers across the country making online donations.
I’m counting on your help.
My goal is to raise $50,000 in the next 2 weeks. Please rush your support today to help me distribute 100,000 graphic novels to young Americans.

Ayn Rand said, “Art is the indispensable medium for the communication of a moral ideal.”
We are using art to communicate the ideals of reason, individualism, productivity, achievement, and FREEDOM.
I hope you will join me on this adventure to transform the mindset of the next generation so that they can reach their highest potential, in a free and rational future.
Thank you,
