We need you to step up for our animal friends!

This weekend will be brutally hot - temperatures in the 90s, in Illinois. Regardless, there will be three private rodeos that will run each animal 15-20 times. Typically, injured animals will receive no veterinary care. Historically, horses have been beaten, and steers are mercilessly shocked all day long. Sometimes they don't even have water.

No animal should suffer like that. Please call the McHenry and Will County Sheriffs and Board Members and urge them to stop these cruel rodeos during the upcoming deadly heat spell.

Take a few minutes and make a call to these officials to ensure these animal's rights are being met during these hot temperatures. Your call may make all the difference. Please let us know what they have to say.
