John,
Over the past week, to celebrate the Innocence Project’s 31st birthday, we’ve been reflecting on everything this community has accomplished and some of the big and small moments along the way.
For 31 years, this organization has been restoring freedom for the wrongly incarcerated, building a community of partners, advocates, and supporters who are all deeply committed to advancing our work in criminal and racial justice, and fighting to transform the criminal legal system all together.
This is a legacy that I’m so proud to be a part of, and I hope you are, too — but we’re not done yet. There’s still so much work to be done in order to create a truly just and equitable system.
So as we close out this birthday celebration and look forward to the efforts ahead, please help fund this work for years to come by making a donation today.
I’m so grateful for everything this community has helped accomplish. Together, we can continue to make a meaningful impact and positively transform the lives of so many.
Thank you so much,
Jessica Rawlins Smith
