That gives us 205 of the 270 necessary Electoral Votes to enact the NPVIC and effectively END the Electoral College — We're 76% of the way there!
Here's the next step : our 5-States Fund is working directly with Pro Popular-Vote Democrats to allocate the resources necessary to enact the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact in state legislatures where it is pending , and kickstart legislation in states where it is STALLED .
