We invite you to take part in our Workplace Bullying Training Webinar Series. This is an in-depth learning opportunity to learn more about the topic of workplace bullying and how unions can help protect workers on the job.
Over the next four months this webinar series will cover four main issue areas including:
- Definition, prevalence and perpetrators
- Who gets bullied and why it happens
- The harm bullying causes -- health, social and economic
- Action plan for your local -- becoming anti-bullying champions in your local
Each month we will focus on one of the topics listed above. You will also have two opportunities each month to sign up for the webinars. The dates, times and registration links are included below.

- the prevalence of workplace bullying and other primary statistics (gender, rank, etc.) in the U.S.
- bullying compared to and contrasted with harassment, discrimination & domestic violence, and other forms of abuse
- the international history of workplace bullying & union leadership
- an overview of workplace bullying perpetrators, who they are and why they harm others
