Noa was born with a severely underdeveloped right side of his heart. Three months later, he was diagnosed with tumors in both eyes and one eye had to be removed. Now he is one of the fastest runners in his middle school class and wants to attend MIT and become a computer engineer.

After surgery for a brain tumor, Dio suffered a stroke that left him unable to communicate. Music proved crucial to his speech and language therapy, as he worked on pronouncing lyrics to his favorite songs, one word at a time.

You don't want to miss the 4th annual Walk and Play L.A. presented by Disney in support of Children's Hospital Los Angeles on May 16. Join us at Santa Monica Pier for a day of fun, including a 3K walk, sports clinics for children ages 3-12 featuring prominent athletes, and a family festival with live entertainment.
