Dear SPUC supporter,

Under the Lens returns with a comedy show review, of all things!

Self-described 'comedienne', Lilly Burton, brought her all singing, all dancing 'comedy' show, All Aboard at Termination Station, north of the border to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe this month. Claiming abo**ion to be something to "celebrate", Burton wanted to tell the story of her own experience at the age of 19.

What could have been a moving, reflective play about the emotional trauma abo**ion inevitably inflicts on all too many women, was instead a crass and bigoted celebration of the ki**ing of unborn babies, completely dismissive of women hurting from abo**ion.

Catherine chats to SPUC's William, who attended the show.
