Digital Divide [ [link removed] ]

Access to reliable and high-speed internet is becoming more important every day. Innovations in digital technology has made it possible for families to have remote careers, schooling, doctor appointments and more as needed. However, Michigan doesn't have the infrastructure to support access to high-speed internet services such as broadband. In some areas, basic internet access is unreliable, which causes businesses and residents to fall behind other communities.

Macomb County, Oakland County and Wayne County have partnered with the Merit Network to help identify these areas where broadband access is missing through the Tri-County survey. By answering this brief, 15-question survey, you can provide critical feedback and help future businesses and lawmakers build initiatives toward creating a more connected Michigan.
