Idalia, now a tropical storm, brings flooding to the southern East Coast.
The storm is expected to pull away from the East Coast today and move toward Bermuda. There are currently three named storms in the Atlantic — Idalia, Tropical Storm Jose, and Hurricane Franklin.Â

Four migrant children died in a shipwreck off the coast of Lesbos, Greece, on Monday, Aug. 28: one 8-year-old boy and three girls aged 11 months, 8, and 14. The 18 survivors include asylum seekers from Somalia, Palestine, and Yemen.
