In 2024 the GOP will be targeting Pennsylvania, where, last cycle, Democrats like Madeleine, Josh Shapiro, and John Fetterman out-performed expectations – despite the fact that the National Republican Congressional Committee put Mad on their target list. Mad’s seat will be on their list again, so we must take every opportunity to defend PA-04 for Democrats.
