Friend,
I’ve been proud to wear boots my whole life.
I wore combat boots during my time serving in Afghanistan
Then, after I was caught in a roadside bomb explosion, my days of wearing combat boots were over. But I didn’t let that stop me. I traded them for a pair of work boots and got to work in a packaging warehouse to provide for my family.
Now, these boots are working harder than ever as my wife and I raise our three children and travel across the rugged landscape of Nevada talking with everyday voters.
If you ask me, Washington needs a lot more boots, and a lot less suits.
Out-of-touch, elitist politicians who have never put in a hard day’s work in their lives are making decisions that impact everyday Americans like you and me.
They don’t understand what we go through. They don’t keep our best interests in mind. Heck, most of them have probably never even owned a pair of boots in their lives.
If you think it’s long past time that people who wear boots, not people who wear suits, have a say in how things are run around here, I’d be honored to have your support.
