Uncontacted Indigenous people in Brazil seen from the air during a Brazilian government expedition, Acre, May 2008.

Dear Jack,

Over the past few months, our movement has been energized by your extraordinary support. Just in June, Survival held our annual Uncontacted Tribes Week. Thanks to you, it was a tremendous success.

Our supporters sent almost 19,000 emails to governments and organizations to amplify the voices of the Indigenous people we work with. Over 9,000 of you also signed our pledge for uncontacted tribes. We have already seen some success - like the halting of a law that would have opened up uncontacted peoples’ land in Peru to oil and gas drilling. Thank you for standing with Survival in our crucial fight for Indigenous peoples' rights.

London Marathon 2024

We were amazed at how many of you expressed interest to be part of Survival’s London Marathon team. Some have already begun fundraising! The London Marathon is a great opportunity for charities to raise money for causes that matter.

There are still a few spaces left to sign up by September 7th. Register and run for a reason.

Legacy for Survival

Next month Remember a Charity Week will take place, a week dedicated to raising awareness of the importance of gifts in wills to charities like Survival.

We’ll send you information about how to leave a legacy for all humanity then but, if you’re keen to learn more now, click below or get in touch at [email protected].

P.S. Survival will be participating in Riposte - a London queer art and music event rooted in activism - where we will have a stall highlighting our work with our Indigenous partners. Find out more here!
