How insensitive can the NRA be? They don’t care about protecting Americans’ lives.

This is ridiculous. The NRA sent out a tweet just hours after a racist bigot entered a Dollar General with an AR-15 and killed multiple innocent people.

AR-15’s and assault-style weapons are weapons of war and don’t belong on our streets. Period.

President Biden and top Democrats in Congress agree: We must reinstate a national assault weapons ban to protect people's lives:

We can’t keep living like this. Mass shootings are a regular occurrence, and 2023 is on track to be the worst year yet for gun violence.

We need to put laws in place to ensure that people feel safe going to the store, school, or the movie theater.
