Study: Over 3,000 Minors Received Gender Transition Surgeries in 3-Year Span |

A new study published by the Journal of the American Medical Association has revealed that 3,678 individuals between 12 and 18 years of age underwent reconstructive surgeries to resemble the opposite sex between 2016 and 2019. The study dramatically undercuts a common narrative among transgender activists that transgender surgeries on minors are "very rare." |

Colorado Is Leading a Nationwide Increase in Telehealth Abortions |

According to Axios, "Colorado is a leading provider nationwide of abortions." A June report from the Society of Family Planning stated that "the share of abortion pills provided via telehealth in Colorado increased to 20 percent in March 2023, up from 14% in April 2022. ... The proportion of telehealth abortions in the state is three times the national average of 7.4 percent." As a result, abortions in Colorado have increased by an estimated 4,500. |

This week, one of the leading retail firms in America was the latest casualty of San Francisco's collapse. Iconic retailer Nordstrom has announced that after 35 years, it is shutting down. As Fortune's Chris Morris writes, Nordstrom is "the latest retailer to capitulate to rising crime and lower foot traffic." The company owning the mall where Nordstrom had its building said the retailer's decision to shutter "underscores the deteriorating situation in downtown San Francisco." |
