moment they are born in the sand covered in plastic trash to navigating the
waters through debris, to mistaking plastic for food, sea turtles are constantly
at risk of becoming entangled, choking, and dying from all the plastic that’s taking over our oceans and beaches. And it only takes just ONE single piece of plastic to KILL a sea turtle.

Big Plastic is more concerned with profit than the health of our oceans or even
the health of people and our planet. Plastic production itself is harmful to the
environment — burning through large amounts of fossil fuels at massive factories
that spew out toxic pollutants into our atmosphere, disproportionately leaving
nearby communities of color and low income communities to suffer the health
risks.

Big Plastic and Big Oil’s corporate greed has threatened people, wildlife, and
