In order to provide high-quality reporting without a paywall, we rely on grassroots donors like you to help fund our work.
John,
The team here at Courier couldn’t be more excited about the big opening of our latest newsroom in Nevada! 🎉

The Nevadan will join our network of newsrooms to provide reliable, fact-based, and accessible online reporting to communities across Nevada, including those in “news deserts.”
And we’re looking to expand even further, John. But in order to provide our high-quality reporting without paywalls, we rely on folks like you to help power our work.
With our end-of-month fundraising deadline approaching fast, will you pitch in $5 or anything you can today to help us continue to grow and support our network of newsrooms?

There are three big reasons your support is so important right now, John.
- As Courier continues to grow and expand to more states, we’ll need to hire more journalists, lease more office space, and take on increased operating costs. Your contributions are critical to helping us get this done.
- As the 2024 presidential election heats up, the flow of misinformation is increasing. Fox News and others in the right-wing misinformation machine have been pushing a steady stream of misinformation on everything from the Big Lie in 2020 to Donald Trump’s pending criminal trials. We know the best antidote is fact-based coverage that isn’t afraid to call out misinformation and the bad actors who spread it.
- Americans want new sources of reliable journalism as trust in traditional news outlets is at an all-time low. Courier is perfectly positioned to provide the alternative Americans are seeking out, but only with your help.
We’re so grateful that with your support, we are where we are today. We have nine newsrooms operating in battleground states across the nation, with more to come in the future.
So John, if you can, please pitch in $5 or any amount you can before our end-of-month deadline to help us keep up this important work. We truly couldn’t do it without you — so thank you!
