Our efforts in inclusivity often involve watering down our ideas into something everyone can understand and embrace. In the process, the power and specificity of our individual stories can get lost.

Rabbi Jonah grapples with what it means to uphold the specific in the face of the universal. We discuss how our own individuality is our greatest weapon in a fight against White Christian nationalism and how every voice contributes to a true multiracial democracy.
