Are you or your loved ones ready to go back to school, John?
As you’re making those lists of school supplies, be sure to add voter ID to your to do list!
For students who will be voting age by the next election, it’s critical to do an ID check now to determine if your student ID is accepted for voting where you live. Voter ID laws vary from state to state, and there’s no one-size-fits-all rule about whether your student ID will be accepted where you live.
To simplify the process, we’ve compiled accurate, up-to-date information on whether/what student IDs are accepted as voter IDs in each of the 38 states with voter ID laws today. You can look it up on our website or text #STUDENT to 866-ID-2-VOTE (866-432-8683) to get the process started.

We encourage all students and young voters to look up this critical information now , at the start of the school year. This will allow you time to get an accepted form of ID if your student ID is not sufficient.
And of course, VoteRiders is here to help! If you have any questions about using a student ID to vote, or need any help getting a state-issued photo ID (for free!), let us know. >> [link removed]
Voter ID laws can be confusing — especially for student voters. VoteRiders is here to help you cut through the confusion and make sure everyone can cast a ballot that counts.
