The Solidarity Center is excited to announce the launch of a new podcast series, My Boss is a Robot, which will explore the gig economy, the rise of apps, how so-called platform workers are supervised by only a phone, and why all of this is wreaking havoc everywhere, especially in developing economies. For platform workers from Colombia to Nigeria, the “free” in freelancer comes at a high cost.
