John, the signs are everywhere that we're turning a clean energy corner.

The U.S. has historically been the richest and most polluting economy for over a century, relying heavily on fossil fuels. But guess what? The tides are changing. Renewables like wind and solar are breaking records, and they're expected to surpass coal by 2025 as the world's largest electricity source.

Solar and Wind Power Have Taken Off based on electricity generation per year, in terawatt hours.

And that's not all.

Thanks to the pioneering efforts of SEEC Members, legislation is being passed to make this clean energy future a reality. From the Inflation Reduction Act to the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and CHIPS and Science Act, our Members are making strides in Congress to accelerate this monumental shift.

It's more than just cleaner energy. It's about creating jobs, boosting the economy, and ensuring that no community is left behind in the transition. It's the SEEC way, John!

But we're not resting on our laurels. With 2024 around the corner, Republicans are more motivated than ever to stop our progress. They're ready to roll back key policies and keep us tied to a fossil fuel past.

Last year, your support helped us elect the largest SEEC class yet. And we need to keep that momentum going into 2024. Even a couple of bucks today can make a big difference. Can we count on you to give us the wind we need in our sails?
