Plan to attend Missouri River Expo on Sept. 16-17

Get ready for the largest outdoor expo in the Midwest! Mark your calendars for *Sept. 16-17*, and plan to join us at scenic Ponca State Park [ [link removed] ] for the Missouri River Outdoor Expo, which includes outdoor fun of all kinds.

*New activities for 2023* include a Lewis and Clark Historical Trail display inside the Resource and Education Center, high school/college trap shooting contest (Sunday at 12:30), world record-setting log roll (Saturday only at 10:30 a.m.), bison field dressing (Sunday only) and more.

In addition, you can also enjoy *over 100 free outdoor activities*, such as:


* Kayaking, shooting sports and fishing
* Entertainers
* Contests
* Demonstrations
* Rock climbing
* Dog shows
* Cooking demonstrations
* Live wildlife programs
* Vendors

Come spend the day learning and having fun! All activities are free and take place from *9 a.m. to 5 p.m.* both days. A state park entry permit is required (buy it ahead of time online [ [link removed] ] for an easier visit!).
